Right to withdraw
Even though both vendor and buyer have signed the purchase agreement, the buyer still has the right to withdraw from the deal.
If the buyer regrets the deal, this must be informed no later than 6 bank days after the buyer became familiar with the vendors signature on the contract!
The buyer then again has the same deadline to pay the vendor (or the realtor) a compensation of 1 % of the purchase price.
NB: If you buy a property with “agriculture duty” or a property that is a so-called “forced sale” – then the buyer has no right to withdraw from the deal.
